I swear after my second daughter was born, I started to slowly lose my eyelashes. Always wanting a more natural approach to darker longer lashes. Foregoing the Drew Barrymore tarantula eye look. (You know what I’m talking about if you’ve seen her recent Cover girl commercials).Seriously, those fake lashes are scary!! Her makeup artist should be shot or at least severely punished. Moreover, Brooke Shield’s highly touted “Latisse” was more than I wanted to spend on this type of product.
Voted a top pick for 2009 in Allure Magazine for eyelash lengthener and darkener, Rapidlash became my next test product. I’ve been using RapidLash for about 6 weeks now and holy crap IT WORKS!!! A couple of reviewers on Amazon have mentioned some discoloration on the eyelid, but I experienced no side effects and I’m the queen of sensitive skin. The product is applied like liquid eyeliner to the base of the lashes right before going to sleep. My lashes have become longer, thicker and darker. I’m not throwing away my eyelash curler just yet, but this stuff works and the price is right. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.
